All orders for "IN STOCK" items are shipped within 1-2 business days from the date order is placed.
Orders of mat products may take up to 7 business days to be fulfilled.

"Pre-Orders" for some of our mat products may take longer to be shipped. Please check the "estimated shipping date" before placing an order. This information is found below the "Pre-Order" button on the product page.
*Gi and belt orders requiring custom embroidery might take up to 5-8 business days before being shipped.
NOTE: DELIVERY OF ALL PRODUCTS is always to customer's door. If customer asks for inside delivery we will charge a $150 fee.
All retail orders with a minimum cart value of $99 before taxes qualify for FREE SHIPPING with some exceptions*.
For wholesale customers, the threshold for FREE SHIPPING is $500 before shipping and taxes

All items are shipped from our Canadian fulfillment centres in Quebec and British Columbia. As a customer, you will not be charged any duties/fees upon receiving your package.
The shipping delay will appear on the checkout page. You may choose a more expedited shipping option for an extra cost. Once the package is shipped, you will receive an automated notification by email/sms with the tracking number.

All pre-ordered items are not guaranteed to be delivered by their estimated dates on our website.
Please contact our customer service to get the latest update on the status of your order in case you have not received your item by the estimated date on our website.
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled if customer changes his mind. A store credit may be issued.
You may return/exchange your purchased items in its original packaging and with all tags within 30 DAYS of purchase. A return/exchange shipping fee of $25 will apply*.
A full refund minus the return shipping fee will be issued once the product is RECEIVED in our warehouse.
*Returns and exchanges for purchases of mats will carry higher return/exchange shipping fees. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee to our warehouse.
Custom embroidered gis and belts are not eligible for returns.
Clearance & used/refurbished items are final sale and cannot be returned/refunded.
