I don't know what size I should order, how can I find out what size I am?

All size charts for our gis, no-gi, belts and apparel are found on the product page itself.

Alternatively, you may speak to our customer services on our live "chat" to ask about sizing to make sure you are ordering the correct size.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are usually shipped within 48h-72h* from the moment the order is placed on our website.

During our BLACK FRIDAY, CYBER WEEK & BOXING WEEK sale period, the fulfillment time is longer than specified above.

"Pre-Order" items will be shipped according to the shipping estimate described on the product page. Please make sure to check the estimated shipping date for the items in your cart before placing your order.

*Orders that require any embroidery are usually processed and shipped within 7 business days.

Do you ship orders on the weekend?

Orders placed during the weekend or holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Example, I placed my order Saturday, then your order will be shipped Monday.

How long until I receive my products?

We ship orders from our warehouses in Boucherville-QC and Port Coquitlam - BC.

For Ontario and Quebec usually 1-3 business days depending on the location.

For the West and Maritimes shipping time is 3-6 business days.

For other territories and provinces it might take up to 7+ business days.

For quicker delivery, please select your preferred shipping option at the checkout page.

DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON, shipping delays might be longer than described above!

What if the item I want is "out-of-stock"?

We usually carry a huge inventory but some sizes and products sometimes run out very quickly, so if your item is "out-of-stock" then it is best if you contact us via e-mail to find out when the item will become available.

Alternatively, you may click on the "notify when available" button on the product page to get notified once the product is back in stock.

What happens if I order mats? How long to receive them?

All mat orders are processed and shipped within 7-14 business days. We kindly ask our clients to contact us by phone or e-mail to inquire about shipping delay.

Custom mat orders usually take 8-12 weeks for delivery.

I am a business owner, how do I access "Wholesale" prices? 

If you would like to have access to our wholesale prices, please click on the "wholesale" at the top of our page. Fill out your information on our form and click "Submit"!  

Once we verify your business information we will be contacting you to set up your "wholesale" account.

Is there any warranty on your products?

Absolutely, all of our products come with a 1-year warranty, meaning that you are eligible for a free exchange if the product becomes defective within 1 year. Tatami/Smooth mats and crashmats have a 10-year warranty.
